In the years since Sara Brandt founded Prime Catering, she has successfully established the company as a professional catering provider for a wide range of events. As a renowned caterer covering a wide spread of geographical clients, she has been presented with a number of practical challenges, not least when it comes to packaging. Some of the packaging requirements are obvious – packaging must be easy to carry and stack, and the food must be easy to place in and lift out for time efficiency. But, that’s not enough for Sara – her demands are higher.

– For us, there’s no alternative but to work sustainably and we want our suppliers to have the same values. Prime Catering work in accordance with UN’s global environment goals and so does Duni Group, which is very important to us. We want the planet to last for future generations, and even if cost a bit more right now to choose more nature-friendly materials, for us it’s worth it,” says Sara.
