The table is set, there are our new bio premium products on the table. There is an entire raw potato and some soil on the plate.

When thinking of potatoes, elegance might not be the first word to come into mind. But for our development team in Germany, a thought about a new binder for our Dunicel® placemats came to mind. A binder made with potato starch instead of plastic. The overall result is the new Bio Dunicel® premium placemats with fully renewable, elegant material. Best of all: once composted, the placemats create soil that can be used for growing more potatoes. Potato to potato, that’s circularity.
