Duni sealing machines are made of stainless steel and are therefore particularly robust and easy to clean. They consist of a Teflon plate inside the machine, a dispenser for sealing film and a sealing frame.

The way the machine works is extremely user-friendly. During the sealing process, the Teflon-coated plate is heated and the filled menu tray is simply inserted into the sealing frame of the machine.

Duni offers compostable containers of various sizes that can be used for all sealing trays and sealing containers for take-away products.

The sealing film is then stretched over the menu tray or beverage container by the dispenser. The hot temperatures of the Teflon plate and moderate pressure cause the film to fuse to the container, resulting in a secure and airtight seal.

Before consumption, the foil can then simply be pulled off by the consumer.
