Restaurant Le Feu offers its guests a gastronomic experience where they can discover the flavours of the whole world. Florian Breiner wants to pick people up and show them that a tarte flambée is much more than just bacon and onions.

The food is enjoyed "family style". Everything is placed in the centre and everyone can try everything - a convivial, unique moment of enjoyment. Because "sharing is caring", as the saying goes. And so a special restaurant visit is created. Very sociable, very communicative. Paired with snacks and starters, sweet desserts and outstanding wines and drinks.

Step by step to success
"We are the largest tarte flambée chain in the world" - says Florian Breiner somewhat jokingly.
One thing led to another and one restaurant became 18, with the so-called flagship store located in Osnabrück. In the same year that the first Le Feu in Osnabrück opened its doors, another Le Feu was opened in Münster. Florian was part of the Le Feu team almost from the very beginning.
Together with his partners Prof. Dr Esskandari & Ms Daniela Bick in the areas of finance and controlling, and thus keeping his head free for the creative and gastronomic side, they have also successfully led the brand through the crisis and with expansion plans.
Florian Breiner is passionate about the company and you can feel it. As a jack-of-all-trades, he is responsible for redesigning the menu, creating new dishes with flavours from all over the world and building the brand. The logo can be seen everywhere. On the wine glasses, but also on every single napkin.
With increasing success, the quality must of course also keep pace.
Until recently, Le Feu used a tissue napkin - customised with the brand logo printed on it. Last year, Florian decided in favour of a higher quality material. He describes how guests now treat the napkin differently thanks to its higher quality. Previously, the consumption of the tissue napkin was much higher. A much higher number of napkins were used per person. The new napkin, on the other hand, is much more part of the dining experience and is used with care. A better feel, a great mouthfeel and also a much better function ensure a higher level of appreciation among guests.
The Duni napkin at Le Feu
A restaurant has become a brand and customised napkins are perfect for strengthening the brand. Le Feu is a long-standing Duni customer. Through the partnership, a new design with better quality was created in a joint process. The focus was clearly on value.Duni was able to deliver on this. Today, Le Feu uses the Dunisoft napkin in the size 40x40 cm, in the colour greige, with its own branding, i.e. the brand logo.
At the time, Le Feu was the only pure tarte flambée restaurant. The focus was clearly and solely on tarte flambée, in perfection and with the best possible quality. Because it was new, it was important that it was recognisable. With the help of the customisation of napkins that Duni offers, a unique brand experience is also created for the food.

Duni LEDs at Le Feu
Le Feu replaced the conventional candles with Duni LEDs for three reasons.
Reason number 1: Sustainability. There is simply much less waste.
Reason number 2: Safety. Everyone knows that fire is dangerous. That's all you need to say.
Reason number 3: Time efficiency. There is no need to replace candles that have been used up during the evening. The Duni LEDs are long-lasting and easy to operate with the remote control.
